Our philosophy is simple

Cuore di Gelato’s philosophy is simple: true artisan Italian gelato, handmade completely from scratch, using only the best natural ingredients.

We use local produce whenever possible, fresh milk, cream, fruit, free range eggs and we follow the seasons to offer you an ever-changing gelato experience. We DO NOT use any ready-made powders, artificial flavourings, artificial colourants, or hydrogenated fats. There is no need, nature gives us everything we need to make gelato.

Almost all of our gelatos are made gluten-free, and we offer a range of dairy-free and vegan options.

Our gelatos are handmade in small batches and each individual flavour follows a recipe that has been created and perfectly balanced by the Cuore di Gelato team.
